Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup natural bran
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 50 ml egg substitute
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup raisins
Directions

1Grate the carrot and apple.

2Mash the banana.

3Mix together in a bowl whole wheat flour, bran and wheat germ.

4Add the cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.

5Add to the flour mixture the egg substitute and milk.

6Mix well.

7Add the grated carrot, grated apple and mashed banana.

8Stir well.

9Add the margarine, vanilla and raisins.

10Stir again.

11Preheat oven to 350F.

12Grease a muffin tray (12) with cooking spray.

13Spoon mixture evenly into the muffin tray.

14Bake for 45 minutes.

15Cool and remove from tray.
