  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed according to package directions
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 F.

    Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

    On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a 9 X 15 inch rectangle.

    Brush the oil over the top of the dough and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary.

    Season the top with salt and pepper.

    Bake until puffed up and golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

    Cut into wedges or squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
