- 2 c. macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick oleo
- almost 1 whole can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Fill a 2-quart pan half full of water.

2Add salt (to make it boil).

3When water boils, add macaroni.

4Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the water is almost gone.

5Do not drain.

6Cheese sauce (in different pan):

7Place small amount of milk in pan; stir in dry mustard until dissolved.

8Add cheese and rest of milk.

9Place on low heat; stir often until cheese and butter have melted.

10Add to cooked macaroni.
