- 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups walnut halves

1Preheat oven to 300°F.

2Melt butter in a large skillet.

3Add remaining ingredients and saute walnuts 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Pour walnuts into an oven roasting pan.

5Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
