- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 8 to 8 1/2 c. white flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Warm bowl.

2Add water and dissolve yeast.

3Add warm butter, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt.

4Mix until shiny and free of lumps.

5Gradually add remaining flour.

6Put in large bowl.

7Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

8Put in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours (or up to 2 to 3 days).
