  • 1 pint strawberry
  • 750 ml sparkling white wine

    Wash and hull strawberries.

    Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.

    Pass through a sieve, if liked.

    Chill in refrigerator at least one hour.

    Pour the chilled strawberry puree into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled sparkling wine (2/3).
