  • 1 large chicken
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. pkg. noodles
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook the chicken in a large pan.

    Take meat off bone and chop. Cook chopped onion and pepper in oleo until soft.
  3. 3
    Add to the chicken, onion, pepper, peas, Ro-Tel and soups.

    Add 1 can of water.

    Cook all of this and when it comes to a boil, turn heat down and cook slowly.

    Cook noodles in the chicken broth, drain and add to chicken mixture, then add cheese.
