- 2 fryers (salt, pepper and garlic)
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can English peas (optional)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. vermicelli noodles
- 1 small jar pimento
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can creamy chicken/mushroom soup
- 1 large jar mushrooms
Directions

1Tender chicken in water with seasonings.

2Debone.

3Cook with vermicelli in broth.

4Melt Velveeta; saute onions and bell peppers in margarine.

5Add soups, pimento, peas, mushrooms, Ro-Tel and cheese.

6Mix in vermicelli and cheese sauce together with enough broth to make soupy.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly.

8Makes 2 large 9 x 13-inch pans.
