  • 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 c. crushed tortilla chips

    Boil chicken until done.

    Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of chicken soup in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    Place chips in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Cover chips with pieces of chicken, pouring the mixture of tomatoes and soup over this.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven at 350° until cheese melts.

    Best when eaten hot.
