  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of chicken soup
  • 1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion, sauteed
  • 1 c. chicken broth

    Cook chicken and debone.

    Drain saving 1 cup broth.

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Saute onions.

    Cut cheese into cubes.

    Mix all together.

    Add salt to taste.

    Put in large baking dish.

    Put in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
