- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cubed
- 1 pkg. long spaghetti
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in broth.

2Saute peppers and onion in oleo; add cheese.

3Mix in spaghetti and chicken.

4Add peas and mushrooms. Put in a baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
