  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and pulled away from bone, remove skin
  • 1 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can water (use soup can)
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz. spaghetti

Directions

    Cook spaghetti as directed.

    Drain.

    Mix rest of ingredients with spaghetti.

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
