- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. regular or hot sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 can hot Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Dump tomatoes (juice included) in top of double boiler.

2Add cubed cheese and heat until melted stirring constantly.

3Brown sausage and drain; add to hot cheese.

4Add mushrooms.

5Can be kept hot or warm on a hot plate or chafing dish.

6Serve with chips.
