- 1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- finely chopped jalapeno peppers (hot 10, medium 7, mild 4)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large enamel pot.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Pour into sterilized pints; seal and process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
