  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped with juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 5 lb. potatoes, sliced
