  • 8 cups Potatoes, Sliced
  • 1/2 pounds Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10 ounces, weight Ro*tel Tomatoes

    1. Slice potatoes and place in a large baking dish.

    2. Melt Velveeta cheese, add cream of mushroom soup and diced Rotel tomatoes.
