  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced thick and cooked until tender
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain potatoes and place in casserole dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Pour over potatoes and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
