- 2 lb Flour
- 2 tsp Baking power
- 1 tsp Oil or ghee
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a soft and pliable dough

2Divide dough into small balls

3Roll out each ball into a flat circle

4Oil liberally and sprinkle with dry flour evenly over surface

5Fold by bringing together the flat dough into a smaller ball nd tuck it

6Let dough relax for about 1 hour

7Heat griddle or tawa
-
8When hot roll out roti round and thin then cook turning over and oiling both sides cook evenly

9When bubbles begin to show roti is done
-
10Take off and clap well.

11Yes u have to clap the roti.

12Serve hot or cold with cheese, curry , anything u want
