  • 2 lb Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking power
  • 1 tsp Oil or ghee

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a soft and pliable dough

    Divide dough into small balls

    Roll out each ball into a flat circle

    Oil liberally and sprinkle with dry flour evenly over surface

    Fold by bringing together the flat dough into a smaller ball nd tuck it

    Let dough relax for about 1 hour

    Heat griddle or tawa

    When hot roll out roti round and thin then cook turning over and oiling both sides cook evenly

    When bubbles begin to show roti is done

    Take off and clap well.

    Yes u have to clap the roti.

    Serve hot or cold with cheese, curry , anything u want
