- 16 oz. rotini noodles, cooked and drained
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (any recipe/style)
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- shredded Mozzarella, Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack for topping (optional)
Directions

1Mix all five ingredients.

2Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

3Top with (optional) additional cheese if you like.

4Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes.

5Super easy, super good.

6Serve with garlic bread.
