Ingredients

  • 3 c. (1/2 pkg.) Hogdson Mill rotini
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. black olives, drained and sliced
  • 3 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 c. saffron or safflower oil
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 c. diced cheese
  • 2 c. red grapes
  • celery, chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 c. tarragon vinegar

Directions

    In a bowl, blend together the oil, vinegar and Italian dressing.

    In a large bowl, combine other ingredients.

    Stir. Pour dressing over and stir.

    Chill.

    Keeps good in refrigerator. May add other vegetables such as onions, carrot slices, cauliflower, etc.
