- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. creamettes rotini (uncooked)
- 1 c. red and yellow bell peppers
- 1/2 small red onion, cut in wedges
- 1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
- 1/3 c. cashews
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of ground ginger
Directions

1Prepare rotini as package directs.

2Drain well.

3Add next 5 ingredients in small bowl.

4Blend oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

5Toss with rotini mixture.
