- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Pound meat between wax paper into 6 x 8-inch rectangles.

2With short side toward you, lay one pickle spear and spread 1 heaping teaspoon of onion and a piece of bacon about 1-inch from the end. Carefully roll steak around the filling, folding edges toward the center.

3Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around bundle.
