  • 12 slices top round roast (slices should be approximate size of a woman's hand and sliced very thin)
  • 12 slices lean bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • water

Directions

    In small skillet, cook bacon, onions and parsley until bacon is cooked.

    Drain off all fat.
