- 3 to 4 lb. beef roast
- mustard
- onion powder
- bacon strips
- 5 beef oxo cubes or powder
Directions

1Slice beef roast with electric knife and pound each slice with a meat mallet to tenderize and flatten each slice out.

2Spread mustard over meat slice.

3Sprinkle with onion powder and top with one or two bacon strips.

4Roll the meat and secure with toothpicks. Repeat with each meat slice.

5Brown rolled meat slice in frying pan.

6Place browned meat rolls in large pot with beef oxo cubes or powder and water to cover.

7Let simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on low heat.

8Remove meat rolls to platter and thicken gravy with flour. Then move meat rolls back to thickened gravy and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.

9Serve.
