- 6 slices bacon
- 2 onions
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- mustard
- margarine
- flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Tenderize steaks with mallet.

2Brown bacon; drain and crumble. Saute onions and mushrooms in a little margarine.

3Add crumbled bacon; set aside.

4Spread mustard heavily on one side of steak with salt and pepper.

5Spread onion mixture on steak.

6Roll up and fasten with thread.

7Roll in flour; brown on all sides with margarine and add hot water for gravy.

8Cover and simmer 1 hour or until done; thicken gravy with cornstarch, dissolved in cold water.
