- 1 lb. round steak
- 4 dill pickle spears
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut steak into 4 pieces.

2Pound until paper thin.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook bacon in skillet until done, but not crisp. Place two slices of bacon on each piece of meat, long way on meat. Add one tablespoon of bread crumbs to each piece of meat.

5Place pickle across short side of meat and roll up.

6Pickle is center. Secure.

7Place in bacon grease; brown on all sides.

8Reduce heat; add 1/4 cup water and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
