Rouladen (German Beef Rolls)

- 8 thin steaks (breakfast steaks or can use Steak-ums)
- Dijon mustard
- 8 slices uncooked bacon
- dill pickles (quartered length-wise)
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Spread steaks with mustard.

2Place slice of bacon length of steak, then pickle slice across this, towards top of steak.

3Roll. Enter toothpick through steak roll, making sure end is secure. Brown in deep fry pan.

4Remove, add water and bouillon, stir. Return steak rolls to pan, reduce heat and simmer in covered pan for 1 hour.
