  • Dried onion

    Cut steak up into frying size pieces. Roll in flour and fry like you would fry chicken. As you take it up, place it in a pot on burner. Add more water & onions. Turn temperature down to low. Keep stirring or it will stick. Let cook until steak is tender & gravy thickens.
