Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 3 peeled potatoes, cut into fourths
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut in long slices
  • 7 celery sticks
  • 1 medium onion, cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
  • 1 can beef/mushroom gravy

Directions

    Place the steak flat on the counter.

    Add the raw vegetables on the steak. Roll the ends up over the vegetables and fasten with long toothpicks.

    Place the rolled steak in a flat baking dish and cover with foil.

    not season as the vegetables will do that. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

    Heat canned beef or mushroom gravy and pour over the ingredients.

    Serve.

    You may want to use leftover gravy instead of the canned.
