- 2 lb. round steak
- 3 peeled potatoes, cut into fourths
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut in long slices
- 7 celery sticks
- 1 medium onion, cut into slices
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
- 1 can beef/mushroom gravy
Directions

1Place the steak flat on the counter.

2Add the raw vegetables on the steak. Roll the ends up over the vegetables and fasten with long toothpicks.

3Place the rolled steak in a flat baking dish and cover with foil.

5not season as the vegetables will do that. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

6Heat canned beef or mushroom gravy and pour over the ingredients.

7Serve.

8You may want to use leftover gravy instead of the canned.
