- 3 to 5 lb. round steak, cut into 3 x 5-inch strips
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Take round steak pieces and lay them out.

2Brush top side with melted butter.

3Salt and pepper each one.

4Layer onion and garlic on each side. Roll up each piece and stick with a toothpick to hold the roll.

5Dip in flour and brown on all sides.

6Take 2 cans of mushroom soup and either put in a baking pan with 1 can of water or in a crock-pot.

7Place meat in receptacle.

8When baking, cover with foil and place in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
