  • 2 to 3 lb. round steak
  • 5 to 6 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced and ringed
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

    Cut round steak in serving size pieces.

    Place on cookie sheet; salt and pepper.

    Bake at 250° for 5 minutes.

    Turn and bake 5 more minutes.

    Put sliced tomatoes and onions on top of steak.

    Bake at 250° for 10 minutes.

    Put cheese on top.

    Bake until cheese is melted and brown.
