- 5 to 6 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced and ringed
- Mozzarella cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut round steak in serving size pieces.

2Place on cookie sheet; salt and pepper.

3Bake at 250° for 5 minutes.

4Turn and bake 5 more minutes.

5Put sliced tomatoes and onions on top of steak.

6Bake at 250° for 10 minutes.

7Put cheese on top.

8Bake until cheese is melted and brown.
