  • beef round for Brasciole
  • thin steaks (usually 3 per pkg.)
  • carrots
  • pickles (dill)
  • bacon

Directions

    Take each slice of steak.

    Place a strip of bacon.

    Add a slice of pickle and carrot; roll up and place toothpicks in to hold together.

    Brown.

    Add beef gravy (canned).

    Simmer about 1/2 hour.
