- 1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine egg whites and cream of tartar in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until frothy.

2Gradually add sugar; mix well.

3Beat for 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is stiff.
