- 1 lb. can purple plums
- 1 pkg. gingerbread mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Drain plums, reserving syrup for sauce.

2Remove pits and cut plums in pieces.

3Prepare gingerbread mix according to directions on package, adding salt and plum pieces.

4Stir in raisins and walnuts.

5Pour into well-greased 6 mold Bundt pan.

6Bake uncovered at 375° for about 1 hour.

7Loosen edges and immediately unmold on serving plate.
