- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 c. Heritage milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 2 c. raw rice or pasta
Directions

1Blend soup with milk and mayonnaise.

2Cook rice or pasta. Combine all other ingredients and simmer a few minutes.

3Put rice or pasta in 19 x 9-inch casserole and cover with seafood mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

5Add a little milk if it becomes dry.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
