- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine egg yolks, salt, sugar and lemon juice in mixer bowl. Beat until very thick.

2Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.

3Fold in flour gently.

4Spoon into ungreased waxed paper-lined tube pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Invert on funnel to cool completely.

6Loosen cake from side of pan.

7Invert onto cake plate.
