- 2 (29 oz.) cans pear halves
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- pinch of salt
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Mix together above ingredients except pears and cook on medium heat, stirring until clear and thickened.

2Drain pears, place in baking dish and put cherry in middle.

3Spread mixture over pears.

4Bake at 350° 15-20 minutes.
