Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 small bunch celery
- 1 gal. chicken broth
- 2 double batches cornbread
- 4 to 6 biscuits
- 5 slices bread
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Directions

1Chop finely the onion and celery.

2Mix together and cook until tender in a small amount of broth.

3Warm the remaining broth. Finely crumble the cornbread, biscuits and bread, stir in the sage and pepper, add onion mixture and approximately 3 quarts warm broth.

4Mix well.

5(This should be juicy.)

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Stir well and add more broth if needed. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or more until browned to taste.
