  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 300° for 45 minutes or until set.
