Ruby'S Sausage Fondue

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Put cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Top with cheese.

3Brown and drain sausage and put on top of cheese. Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and Tabasco.

4Pour over bread mixture.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Next day, dilute soup in 1/2 cup milk.

7Pour over cold mixture and bake in a 300° oven for 1 1/2 hours, until set.

8Serves 8 to 12.
