- 6 to 8 green bell peppers
- 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. canned tomatoes or more if needed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, etc.

2Parboil peppers in lightly salted water about 2 minutes.

3Cook rice by directions on box.

4Mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and tomatoes.

5Stuff peppers.

6Place in casserole and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
