  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed (3 c.)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. rum

Directions

    Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.

    Store in tightly covered container for three days prior to serving. Makes 50.
