  • 3 Cup Confectionary Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Rum Extract
  • 4 Teaspoons Cold Water
  • 2 Packages of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
