  • 1 (12-ounce) package of Vanilla wafers
  • Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 to 4 ounces dark rum

    1. Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts.

    2. Mix syrup and rum. Add to Wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes.

    3. Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar.

    4 Store in airtight containers that contain extra powdered sugar.
