  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 14 cup dark rum
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles

Directions

    IN a medium sized bowl, sift the cocoa powder and the confectioners sugar together and set aside.

    In a separate bowl, stir the rum and corn syrup together and then add it to the cocoa and sugar, mixing thoroughly.

    Add the cookie crumbs and the pecans and stir until the mixture holds together well.

    Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and gently press them into the chocolate sprinkles.

    Store in an airtight container for 2 days or freeze.
