- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 14 cup dark rum
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
Directions

1IN a medium sized bowl, sift the cocoa powder and the confectioners sugar together and set aside.

2In a separate bowl, stir the rum and corn syrup together and then add it to the cocoa and sugar, mixing thoroughly.

3Add the cookie crumbs and the pecans and stir until the mixture holds together well.

4Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and gently press them into the chocolate sprinkles.

5Store in an airtight container for 2 days or freeze.
