Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla crumbs
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup (or substitute honey)
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. rum

Directions

    Mix ingredients with hands.

    Make into small balls.
  3. 3
    Roll into additional confectioners sugar.
  4. 4
    Store in tightly closed plastic bag or covered container.

    They may be rolled into confectioners sugar again after storage (if desired).

    Very good.
