- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. rum
Directions

1Grind or roll wafers very fine.

2Mix dry ingredients.

3Add nuts, syrup and rum.

4Stir until stiff.

5Roll into balls the size of a walnut.

6Coat hands with powdered sugar when shaping balls. Let stand for one hour to partially dry out.

7Roll in powdered sugar.

8These may be stored in a tin container or cookie jar and will keep well for several weeks.

9No cooking is required.

10Makes about 40 balls.
