- 2 c. bread cubes
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. rum extract
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.

3Place in a pan of hot water.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
