  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. rum flavoring
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 box instant butterscotch pudding

    Put chopped pecans in bottom of pan.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
