Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 14 cups water
  • 34 lb smoked kielbasa or 34 lb Polish sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) package Lipton pasta sides sour cream and chives mix

Directions

    In a skillet, saute coleslaw mix and carrots in butter until tender.

    Add water and bring to a boil.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and return to a boil.

    Reduce heat, cover and cook, for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
